Our mission is to provide remote community based supports for people with a variety of community supports needs via a personal emergency response system uniquely designed to:

 

⦁ Support independent living by providing a less restrictive alternative to onsite care providers utilized for health and safety needs.

⦁ Supplementing providers in underserved communities where there are staffing challenges in providing onsite, in-person care.

⦁ Creating a less restrictive and more cost effective option than in-person care

⦁ Individualized care plans with daily touch points to help promote safety  (reminders for daily living, appointments, hygiene, medication, household safety checks, charging medical devices, basic home upkeep, etc., or any other basic needs)

⦁ Both Traditional and enhanced PERS needs (basic emergency response, on demand communication with technicians to assist with needs as they arise)

⦁ Security and peace of mind with communication one touch away

⦁ Smartphone provided with enhanced capabilities for remote assistance (internet with phone and chat, internet access, video)

 

 


 

Our call center system provides supports that allow us to help people with disabilities gain and maintain their independence, and be a liaison to their case manager and onsite care providers. We will extend the reach of your organization with experienced and supportive technicians that will provide the same support, monitoring, and assistance that one would receive in person.
